Executive (Alternate) Director, South Ocean Holdings Limited
Paul was appointed as CEO in 2008.
Paul joined South Ocean in 1999 as Marketing Operations Manager and was
appointed Marketing Director in January 2007 and CEO of SOEW in August
2008. He has pursued a career in marketing electrical wires and cable for the
last 17 years. Paul was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Group in August 2010.

Sales and Marketing Director
Yasmin joined SOEW in 2002 as a sales consultant. She was appointed Sales Manager in 2007
and has been in the cable industry for the past 16 years before joining South Ocean. She
started her working career in 1987 for a large cable manufacturer in South Africa. Yasmin was appointed Executive Director in March 2010.

Factory Operations Director
Johan joined SOEW in 1999 as an electrician and is qualified in the Millwright trade. He was appointed Technical Manager in 2006 and Factory Operations Manager in 2009. Johan has 10 years’ cable and technical experience. Johan was appointed Factory Operations Director in March 2010. |

Financial Director
Dean joined SOEW in May 2009. After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Dean was appointed as a financial manager for a manufacturing business in 1993 and was later appointed financial director of the group. He has also worked in the FMCG and IT industries. Dean was appointed Financial Director in March 2010. |

Administration Manager
Kim joined SOEW in November 2000 as Accountant & IT Administrator. In March 2008 she was appointed Administration Manager, and has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1988.
Before joining SOEW, she worked as an Administration Manager & IT Administrator for an Anglo American subsidiary.

Ken has more than 24 years experience in Human Resources Management. Proficient in all areas relating to HR, Industrial/Employment relations, Training and Development, Performance Management and
Social Wellness. Ken has gained experience in the Mining, Government and Private sector. Ken joined SOEW in April 2009.
