The quality department is responsible for the testing, measuring and recording of all our finished products. Work in progress products are verified to comply with our internal and external standards.
Our testing equipment is periodically calibrated and samples are submitted to SABS NETFA for evaluation and recertification.
MAINTENANCE
SOEW Maintenance and Engineering department strives to provide a reliable and reputable breakdown service as well as a preventative maintenance program to the production department, to ensure that the products manufactured is of the highest quality and conforming to applicable standards.
Through an upgrading and replacement program, we are able to replace outdated components and machinery accordingly, thus new technology in the plant is implemented to ensure that our efficiencies are kept at optimal, and ensuring that targets can be met coupled with quality products.
